In DUI case law news, the Pennsylvania Superior Court issued a decision in the case of a York County man who drank gasoline and tar remover in an attempt to commit suicide.

The defendant was not drinking alcohol, but was found guilty of driving under the influence of drugs, even though gasoline and tar remover may not commonly be considered drugs.
