Client was found to have marijuana metabolites in blood while operating commercial vehicle. Client filed for ARD, but was denied. York, PA DUI lawyer Joseph N. Gothie filed for reconsideration of the matter for ARD explaining the special circumstances of the case. The DA's office granted the reconsideration and allowed client to enter the ARD program. If the client had not been allowed into the ARD program, he would have lost his regular driver's license for a year. Instead, the client will lose his license for only 60 days, and he will be able to have the conviction expunged upon successful completion of ARD.

The case is docketed in York County, PA at 3912-2007.
