Leasing company did not get a tv returned from client. Despite police being informed that defendant was incarcerated on another charge at the time the leasing company demanded the return of the tv and despite evidence that defendant's home had been burglarized, charges were filed and bound over for court. The charges were dismissed at the county court level.
