There are standard rules (terms and conditions) that all ARD applicants must follow while participating in the ARD program in York County, Pennsylvania. There may be some rules that will be imposed in a specific case (such as a letter of apology to a victim, payment of restitution, varying amounts of community service, etc.). The following is a list of the standard conditions that are almost always applied to every case. Since special terms can be applied to individual cases, do not assume that the following list of conditions is everything that you will have to do. You might have to do more things. Also, if you have a DUI, you will have special terms and conditions as well as possibly a shorter time to serve in ARD. Standard ARD Rules:
